how to commission me:
i recommend that you message me on my writergram (here) or my commissions and adopts instagram (here to get this process started. you need to know what you want before you commission me. i will not respond to only "hello" or "hi". be professional, you are doing business with me.explain to me your budget and what tier you want everything based on. this will speed up the process, and i then will know how to bill you better.we will get nowhere without proper communication. don't see something on here that you want to ask about such as a fandom, genre, or someone i can write? ask me about it! i did not put everything on here that i can do, as i don't have an amazing mind like that, so please, talk to me about it.

while your commission is cooking:
revisions are allowed, but differ with each tier.
tier 1-2 = 2 revisions
tier 3-4 = 4 revisions
any extra revisions will charge you $2.the time it takes me to complete your commission can be same day to 2 weeks. you are welcome to check in, but don't be a pest. :Pi will give you progress updates if you pick tier 2-4. these are not finished products and whatever you ask to be changed during progress updates ARE NOT REVISIONS. revisions are considered when the final piece has been completed.

payment:
i require half upfront. i will calculate the estimated full price after your consultation, but do not expect the second half until i have finished. any added charges will be included in the second half of payment. you will not get your piece until payment has gone through.i accept payment through venmo and cashapp. you cannot convince me to use paypal or any other service. sorry not sorry.

how will you receive your piece:
you will get your own personal copy of your piece as a PDF unless specified otherwise. you can also access your piece through AO3 (see TOS below).

refunds?
sorry, but after given half upfront, i do not accept refunds. if i produce something that, no matter what i do, you don't like it, we can negotiate a discounted price for the second half of payment as, you still used my time.

TERMS OF SERVICE !

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon price is required before I begin work on your commission. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece and must be paid in full before the final product is delivered.
Payments will be made via cashapp or venmo.No Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the initial deposit is paid, even if you choose to cancel the commission. In the event that I am unable to complete the commission for any reason on my end, I will offer a full refund.Ownership and Usage Rights
As the author, I retain full ownership of the commissioned work. This includes the right to post the piece on platforms such as my website or Archive of Our Own (AO3) as part of my portfolio or examples of my work.
If you prefer to keep your commission private and do not want it posted publicly, you must explicitly inform me when placing your order. I will respect your privacy if you opt out of public posting. You may share or post the commission on your personal social media or fan platforms, provided that proper credit is given to me as the original creator (e.g., linking to my website or AO3 profile).Creative Rights
I retain the right to alter or edit the content for future use in compilations, portfolios, or adaptations, unless the client has opted for privacy. The commissioned piece is for personal use only. It may not be resold, used commercially, or distributed for profit without additional licensing agreements.Commission Process and Timeline
I will provide updates during the writing process to ensure the work meets your expectations. Minor revisions are included in the cost; however, only after I have exhausted all of my progress updates. The estimated delivery time for your commission will be discussed and agreed upon based on the scope of the project. Delays may occur, but you will be kept informed.Content Restrictions
